The property is developed on a single basement floor with an area of approximately 420 sqm, equipped with sanitary facilities, underfloor heating system and electrical system, the spaces remain unfinished and have never been used since their construction.
The property is internally divided into three rooms, equipped with external wooden frames, and enjoys a large outdoor square for communal use.
The heights vary, in the room illuminated by windows overlooking the square there is a net height of 2.98m, in the adjacent room the height is 2.78m, while in the smaller room the ceiling lowers, reaching a height of 1.94m at the wall.

The idea of creating a multifunctional hall stems from the need for a space to support the various tourist initiatives that take place in the Municipality of Forni di Sopra; specifically, the following spaces will be created in this property: Exhibition area, Educational and work area, Reception area, Cloakroom area, Reception area, Storage area, Professional kitchen complete with: induction hob, fry top, oven column, fryer, pasta cooker, fridge, worktops, closed storage cabinet and washing area, Radio and TV box area with recording and interview room, Customer service bathrooms (separate for men, women, and disabled), Installation of mechanical, lighting, and multimedia systems.

The works necessary to make this multifunctional hall operational are as follows:

• Construction of sanitary facilities and disabled bathrooms
• Connection of the heating system to the municipal district heating line
• Installation of the electrical system and insertion of low-emission LED fixtures
• Installation of multimedia audio and video system
• Construction of the support kitchen area, with continuous glass wall overlooking the exhibition hall
• Construction of the two sky boxes with continuous glass walls
• Construction of a false ceiling and air treatment system via AHU
• Introduction of a counter-wall in the perimeter walls that require additional insulation
• Compliance of emergency exits.
