OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERVENTION
Definitive and executive design of mechanical systems (heating, cooling, mechanical ventilation, water-sanitary, fire protection) and electrical systems (lighting, power, grounding, fire detection, alarm and sound diffusion, data and voice networks, intrusion prevention, CCTV, TV-SAT, video intercom, video lesson transmission), in support of the OPERA 0106 project – I.P.S.C. – I.T.C. “JACOPO LINUSSIO” – WORKS FOR SEISMIC, ENERGY, AND FUNCTIONAL ADJUSTMENT WITH CREATION OF LABORATORIES FOR ENOGASTRONOMY.
a) Functional purposes: to meet the space needs for the teaching of I.P.S.C. – I.T.C. “JACOPO LINUSSIO”. Attention is focused on laboratory equipment for the various fields of study, particularly for enogastronomy.
b) Design and plant objectives: the project’s goal is adjustment. Consistency with the existing building and integration with existing systems. The systems must integrate with the interior spaces, ensuring functionality and flexibility of the interior spaces, as well as simplicity and rationality of use.
c) Safety objectives: the intervention must ensure the safety of users, particularly with reference to:
– structural safety, understood as resistance to loads and seismic actions (NTC 2018);
d) Environmental sustainability objectives. Reference is made to the Minimum Environmental Criteria and in particular to DM October 11, 2017, DM February 5, 2015, DM March 7, 2012, DM n.63 of March 10, 2020, and the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle.
e) BIM design required.
