The project involves the construction of a new regulation-sized field adjacent to the existing field.

In accordance with the “LND Standard” regulations, the dimensions of the playing field, intended for the “Excellence” category, will be 100.00 meters x 60.00 meters, and the surface will be synthetic grass. A grandstand is planned for a maximum of 64 spectators, constructed with prefabricated concrete steps, placed on a reinforced concrete structure. The grandstand will have two tiers for seating and a protective metal railing with a height of 1.10 m. Access to the grandstand, including for people with disabilities, is ensured by the construction of a sidewalk connecting the grandstand area to the field entrance. Space is provided for 2 spaces designated for D.A. users.

As required by F.I.C.G. regulations, a drainage system and an autonomous irrigation system will be installed, drawing water from the existing tank.
The renovation of the football field lighting system is planned to ensure an average level of 200 lux, taking into account the normal wear of the lighting fixtures.

The services involve the execution of the following architecture and engineering services:
a) Feasibility study as per Part II, Title II, Chapter I, Section I of D.P.R. no. 207/2010;
b) Technical and economic feasibility project as per art. 23, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;
c) Final design, as per art. 23, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;
d) Executive design, as per art. 23, paragraph 8, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;
